SPM Online Chess Academy Payment Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment Methods

    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or online payment platforms as specified by SPM Chess Academy.
    • All payments must be made in the designated currency as specified on the invoice or payment page.
  2. Payment Due Date

    • Fees are due upon registration and must be paid in full before the commencement of any classes, courses, or events.
    • For monthly subscriptions, payments are due on the 1st of each month.
  3. Late Payments

    • A late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount will be applied to any payments received more than 7 days past the due date.
    • Failure to pay within 30 days of the due date may result in suspension or termination of services.
  4. Refund Policy

    • Full refunds are available if a written request is received at least 7 days before the start of a course or event.
    • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date or for missed classes.
    • In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, partial refunds or credits for future classes may be considered at the discretion of SPM Chess Academy.
  5. Course Cancellation by SPM Chess Academy

    • SPM Chess Academy reserves the right to cancel any course or event due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
    • In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to another course or event.
  6. Discounts and Promotions

    • Any discounts or promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
    • Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
  7. Dispute Resolution

    • Any disputes regarding payments should be addressed to SPM Chess Academy’s billing department in writing.
    • SPM Chess Academy will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably and promptly.
  8. Amendments to Payment Terms

    • SPM Chess Academy reserves the right to amend these payment terms and conditions at any time.
    • Participants will be notified of any changes in writing or via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
